How we help

More than one way forward.

Technology, hands-on treatment and guided movement work best when they are chosen thoughtfully. Cecille will explain what she recommends, why it may help and what you can expect.

01

Shockwave therapy

Non-invasive acoustic waves stimulate healing in injured tissue, improve circulation and help reduce pain. Commonly used for tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis and calcific rotator cuff tendinopathy.

02

Dry needling

Fine needles are placed in muscle trigger points to release tightness, ease pain and support the body’s healing response. Useful for muscle strains, tension headaches and myofascial pain.

03

Orthopaedic manual therapy

Hands-on joint and soft-tissue techniques help improve mobility, reduce pain and restore function. Often used for neck pain, back pain and joint stiffness.

04

Therapeutic taping

Elastic therapeutic tape supports muscles and joints without unnecessarily restricting movement. Can assist with pain, swelling, postural correction, sprains and strains.

05

Rehabilitation exercise

Targeted movement restores strength, mobility, control and confidence over time. Exercises are progressed according to your ability and recovery goals.

06

Lung percussion & postural drainage

Gentle chest percussion and specific body positions can help loosen and clear mucus from the lungs. Used in conditions such as bronchitis, pneumonia and COPD.

Treatment is a partnership

The technique is only part of the story.

Long-term progress comes from understanding your condition, taking part in the plan and building the right movement habits. You will leave each session knowing what to do next.
