Our practice provides musculoskeletal rehabilitation which involves the diagnosis and treatment of various upper and lower limb syndromes or conditions.

We value the use an evidence based approach in regards to diagnosis and treatment.  During your initial visit a full assessment will be done. This entails a complete history of your main complaint, as well as a systematic exam, which includes assessing your movement patterns in a variety of positions and during functional activities.

Contributing factors will be discussed and the regions above and below the problem area will be assessed in order to determine their possible contribution to the problem. Hands on treatment and advice will complete the session.  When necessary, an individualized therapeutic exercise program will be prescribed to promote improvement between sessions and in the future.
